Head to Toe

Andrew and Bailey continued the song they wrote with their heads and Rain listened from the other room.

Andrew stopped and smiled. "That was good, I think your voice is amazing." he told Bailey. "Your's is perfection. No lie." Bailey smiled. "Thanks." Andrew replied. Bailey stared at his eyes for a while and then Andrew looked at her and then she quickly stood on her feet and said,"Well I guess we should go get a sandwhich or something." "Okay." Andrew stood up with her and went to the kitchen. Andrew made her a sandwich and for him too. "Thank you." Bailey said picking up her sandwhich. She took a bite of it and smiled. "Your welcome." Andrew smiled back. When they finished their sandwhiches, Rain said to come with them to go to Heather's house. "Heather?" Andrew asked. "Yea, she's one of my friends. And apperantly Rain's girlfriend." Bailey responded putting on her coat. Rain put on his and Andrew put his on too. They walked out looking at the snow falling making it turn to 3 inches of snow. "Wow. Lots of snow flakes!" Andrew shouted amazed.

They walked next door to go to Heather's house. Rain rang the door bell excitedly. Toby (Heather's 12 year old brother) opened the door and said,"Even if you carol for me, I won't give money." "We are here to see Heather." Rain told him. "Toby!" Heather shouted angrily. She ran to the door and pushed Toby away. "Come in, sorry for the Toby incident." Heather told Rain. Bailey was hiding behind Rain and Andrew. "It's alright." Rain smiled leaning in for a kiss. Bailey ran in front of Heather and shouted,"Hey!" "AHH! Bailey I missed you!" Heather yelled hugging her. "How is life without me?"Bailey asked. "Shane was depressed, Rain was quiet, Juliette was bored, and I was annoyed by Mandy because of Rain and I getting together." Heather replied. "Oh. Well Shane is no longer depressed because I got with him!" Bailey corrected. "Nuh-uh!" Heather shouted. "Yuh-huh!" Bailey and Heather shrieked. "Alright, can we end this girl fest?" Rain said sticking his finger in his ear for their girl shriek. Heather rolled her eyes sarcastically and noticed Andrew. "Who's this?" Heather asked. "This is my friend, Andrew. I met him in the foster home in Toronto." Bailey told Heather getting closer to Andrew. "Hi." Heather smiled sticking out her hand. Andrew shook her hand and said, "Hi." "Heather, do you got any hot chocolate? It was so cold out there." Rain asked. "Yea, come on." she said leading them to the kitchen. The minute Bailey walked in the kitchen, she heard a scream. "Bailey!!" Juliette yelled. "Juliette!!" Bailey dropped her mouth and hugged her. "Heather." Heather laughed. "Is sexy." Rain added. "Shut up." Heather pushed Rain. "Shut up and let me go. Hey!" Andrew finished. Everyone laughed and had a great time shouting out random stuff. "Andrew, you are so silly." Bailey told him. Andrew smiled. When their hot chocolate was done getting hot, Bailey grabbed two and gave one to Rain. "Oh yea, I didn't mention that I only had two." Heather told Bailey. Andrew blushed and knew he was going to share with Bailey. "No, it's cool. I can share with Andrew." Bailey smiled. "And I will share with you, baby doll." Rain told Heather. Heather blushed and just kissed his lips. "Thanks, babe." Heather replied. Rain drank the hot chocolate and let Heather drink it while he held the mug. Bailey drank from it and then gave it to Andrew. Andrew drank out of it too and then smiled at Bailey. Bailey smiled back and took the mug. Out of nowhere, Bailey felt lips hit her cheek softly. She looked at Andrew and blushed. (Once again she forgot about Shane) Rain, Juliette, and Heather looked at her shocked. Bailey finally snapped out of it and then gave Andrew the mug. "Sorry." Bailey told Andrew walking away, leaving Heather's house. They looked at Andrew and watched what he was going to do next. Andrew stood there for a second and then ran after her. Bailey sat on Heather's stairs and heard the door slam behind her. "Bailey.." Bailey knew who it was now. ".. I'm sorry. I couldn't..." "Help it?" Bailey interrupted.

Andrew looked to his feet and put his hands in his coat pockets.

A day after the movies coincidence, Bailey was feeling a little bit better since the hug of hers and Andrew. She really needed it. :) She was getting up out of bed with her blue silky butterfly pajama pants and a red shirt with a Smurf on it that says,"Blonds have it easier!" Well sometimes, blonds have it the hard way. Bailey thought. Her hair was up in a pony tail and wavy going all over the place. She yawned and smelled the smell of pancakes. Rain's mom was making pancakes. Yay! She made delicious pancakes. Rain was in the kitchen eating two pancakes in his Sponge bob pajama pants with an Metallica 1997 tour shirt. "Hey Bailey." Rain called out swallowing. Bailey sat in a chair in front of him and smiled. "Are you okay now?" he asked. Bailey nodded and looked down to his mom's feet. Ooh! Nice slippers! "Shit, I am so tired!" Rain whispered. "Rain, we don't use this language in this house! Especially in the morning." his mom frowned. "Mom, then you are being racist to the language." Rain told her. Bailey hid her grin. "Yes, I am proud of it." she talked back. "Ohh!! You got owned by your own mom." Bailey smiled. "Shut up." Rain pushed her laughing.

Later on that day...

The door bell rang. Rain answered it and saw Shane freezing out there and let him in. "Dude, what are you doing here? Bailey told me she was mad at you." he whispered. Bailey was in her guest room with Andrew making a duet together, they both shared their laughter with their stupid rhymes. Andrew played the guitar sitting on the floor and Bailey sat on the bed. "I know. I came to apologize to her, so can you call her out here?" Shane asked begging. "I'll try." Rain said going to her guest room. He opened the door and saw them laughing. "Bailey, come out here." Rain commanded. "Alright? Andrew, I'll be right back." Bailey smiled. Bailey stepped out the guest room and asked Rain what was going on. He ignored the question and lead her to the front of the house. She saw Shane and decided the conversation was going to be interesting. Rain walked away and went to the kitchen to talk to his brother. Shane took off the sweater that Bailey gave him for his fifteenth birthday last summer in 2007. "We need to talk." Shane said. Bailey looked at his eyes and knew yesterday was stupid and knew he didn't want to be friends anymore. Bailey looked down feeling something cold traveling down her face. Bailey frowned and touched her face and in her two fingers were one tear. Shane held her hand and sat on the couch with her. "I broke up with Kelsi, she took it well." Shane smiled and hugged her. Bailey felt awkward trying to speak while he hugged her. "Oh. That's great." Bailey said not that excited. "What do you mean? I thought you would be happy to hear that." Shane confusedly responded. "I am it's just that, I didn't expect this. I thought you would hate me since I was a spoiled brat." Bailey told him. "No, that's not true. I didn't mean to say that. It just slipped out." Shane explained. Bailey looked him in the eye. "Are you sure?" Bailey asked. "Look, I have liked you since I was 3 and there was no problem as we grew up together. Now, I just can't take it anymore. I don't want you to be mad at me forever. We shouldn't act like this. Especially since you have been my best friend since I was 4 months old." Shane replied. Bailey made a dramatic pause and looked at the door. Shane looked at her and probably knew what she was thinking. He cried only 2 tears and stood up and took his jacket and put it on. Bailey stood up with him. Shane turned around as the door was in front of him and looked at Bailey. Bailey got near him and said,"We should not be friends anymore." Bailey told him. Shane sighed and after that he closed his eyes and knew he screwed up. He felt two cold hands wrap around his neck and felt soft lips kiss his. Fireworks began starting everywhere as they kissed. Er.. It felt like that to both of them. Shane opened his eyes and felt those lips pull away. He blushed and Bailey smiled that smile that Shane loved to see so he can fall in deeper love with her. "We should be together." Bailey whispered in his ear. Bailey just walked away and headed to her guest room. Rain walked in. "What happened?" Rain asked worried. "We're together man!" Shane yelled. Bailey heard him and laughed as she walked in the door and closed it. Andrew was playing a relaxing tune on his guitar similar to "I'm Yours" by Jason Mraz. Bailey sat next to him on the floor. "What are you playing?" she asked. "I don't know, I just made it up." Andrew smiled. "Cool. Let's see if we can rhyme this sucker." Bailey told him. Andrew looked at her and nodded. Bailey rubbed her face.

The Movies

A day later, Shane invited Bailey to go to the movies with him. They both went to go see the movie, Four Christmases. Once they got in the theatre, they both sat together in the middle of the seats. The movie commercials showed up and new movies that were going to come up in 2009 or 2010 were coming up also. "Shane, I'm going to the restroom real quick. Alright?" "Okay."Shane smiled. Bailey stood up and took her purse with her. She was going to take a look at herself in the mirror and apply a little more make up. She entered the bathroom and put her purse on the sink counter and zipped open the purse and took out her eye liner. A girl next to her was fixing her hair and watching her fingers go through her hair. Bailey took the eyeliner cap off and then slowly put eyeliner on her eyes. Suddenly, the girl's purse fell on the floor. Bailey couldn't help but... of course, help the girl. "Oh thanks." she said. "No problem." Bailey smiled while picking up her favorite shade of lip gloss from Wet N' Wild, Strawberry Ice! "Hey, have this lip gloss at my... house." Bailey told her. "Oh really? That shade is my favorite." the girl replied. "It's my favorite too!" Bailey responded excitedly. "Cool. What's your name?" she asked. "Bailey." "Nice name. My name is Kelsi." she told Bailey. "Kelsi?" Bailey thunk deeply. Kelsi... Kelsi...Kelsi. "Where have I heard your name before?" Bailey asked. "I'm not sure, but I guess it's from a song that Metro Station made up." Kelsi said. Wait! The thought hit Bailey in the face. SHANE'S GIRLFRIEND!! "Do you have a boyfriend named, Shane?" Bailey asked her. "Yea. How did you-" "Um... he's been my best friend since I was born."Bailey interrupted. "Really? 16 years?" Kelsi dropped her mouth amazed. Bailey nodded angrily not showing her feelings on her face. Kelsi walked out the restroom with Bailey and kept talking of what Pop Star! Magazine mentioned on the last issue. "...and that is why Kevin Jonas dissed Miley Cyrus!" Kelsi said. "Oh, that's nice but mean at the same time. He is doing a favor for his brother since she treated Nick like crap." Bailey told her while she kept walking slowly. Shane suddenly appeared walking up to both of them. "Kelsi!" Shane shouted like if he didn't want to deal with her now. "Yea, Shane guess who met each other?" Bailey asked looking at him angrily. "Yea, isn't it great? We can all see a movie together!" Kelsi smiled. "Uh... yea," Shane faked. Bailey crossed her arms and leaned on one leg. "We are watching Four Christmases, meet us there. Bailey and I need to talk." Shane finished. Kelsi smiled and ran along to the theatre. "Bailey, listen-" "Don't worry, I got the message that you don't want to break up with her and instead just leave me." Bailey said. "Bailey, look..." "Why won't you look? I been waiting to see you so we can be together and finally call ourselves taken. But I guess you never seemed to understand my fantasy that will probably never come true." Bailey shouted. "Why won't you let me speak?" Shane yelled back. Bailey added a sigh to the sentence. "She asked me out. How am I going to break her heart? I am not that kind of guy." Shane told her calmly. "You broke my heart." Bailey shed a tear. Shane rubbed her tear away with the end of his jacket where his hand is. "I didn't realize that. But if you give me a chance.." "Forget it now. It would be too awkward to breathe the same air with your girlfriend." Bailey crossed her arms. "You know what Bailey, I think you are becoming a spoiled brat." Shane told her angrily. Bailey looked somewhere else and her mad frown became a sad frown as two tears came out and fell off her face. Bailey wiped one side of her face and then ran in the front of the theatre. Shane followed her and asked,"Where are you going?" Shane asked. "Rain's house." Bailey told him with her voice shaking as one more tear fell of her face. She yelled out 'Taxi' like there was nothing wrong with her. A taxi pulled over and then picked Bailey up. Shane watched her leave him. He felt like a jerk now. What best friends we are. Shane thought. Once Bailey got to Rain's house, she rang the doorbell. Rain opened the door and there was Bailey in tears. "Bailey what's wrong?" Rain asked her feeling concerned. "Shane fell for Kelsi instead." Bailey closed her eyes as tears squeezed through and came out running throughout her face like free horses. "I thought he liked you." Rain replied. "He called me a spoiled brat because...." Bailey continued on and on until Andrew came in and saw her. "Bailey? Are you... crying?" Andrew asked. Bailey ignored the question and came near him to hug him. Andrewhugged her back closing his eyes and smiling. "Whatever it is, I don't need to know. All I need to know is if you okay." Bailey nodded looking him in the eyes. Rain watch them hug even more and smiled feeling the connection of both of them.

Mistle Toe

("Open your eyes." the voice whispered. Bailey slowly opened her eyes excitedly. She gasped.)

"Shane!" Bailey shouted. Bailey hugged him like the last time she hugged him. She was crying because she missed him so much. "Bailey, what's wrong?" Shane asked her. "What do you mean?" Bailey's voice shook. Shane wiped her tears with his thumb. "I missed you so much. I-I just couldn't help being without you." Bailey said. "Don't you got a boyfriend to comfort you from all this sadness?" Shane asked. "What!? What are you talking about?" Bailey finally got hit by the thought. Oh God, the text. "Him." Shane pointed to Andrew as he walked by. "Okay, Andrew is my friend only." Bailey told Shane. "Friends for benefits." Andrew smiled. Bailey looked at him with her eyes widening up and her mouth scrunching up. Andrew looked at Bailey,"Nah! I am just joking. I'll leave you two alone." Andrew just walked away. "What about your girl?" Bailey asked him crossing her arms. "Well, I might break up with her later because I heard you like me." Shane smiled and held her hand. Bailey blushed. "Well yea, wasn't it obvious?" Shane shook his head. "I am not a girl's mind reader. I'm the clueless type for your information." Shane said laughing. "Oh, well now I know more about you. I am clueless too." Bailey agreed. "Bailey, I need to tell you something." Shane told her. Bailey perked up and looked him in the eye. "I don't want to be your best friend anymore." he said. A tear fell down Bailey's face and then she looked somewhere else. "What?" she blurted out feeling broken and dead. "I want to be... your boyfriend." Shane replied picking her head up to look at him. Bailey rubbed her face to take away the tears that fell for no reason. "Look up." Shane commanded. Bailey looked up and saw a mistle toe above both of them. Bailey stood on her toes to reach him and leaned in to kiss him. She felt the world spinning! The nerve building up inside of her and the fireworks popping up all around the place as if they were the only two on the planet and they could do what they desired to do. Once she pulled away, her head automatically lied against his chest. Shane held her knowing that they weren't best friends, they were each others.

Bailey Goes to New York City!

A week went by and now it was the day that Bailey went to New York City. Bailey woke up early so excited that it was 6:28 AM, 4 hours until she had to go to the airport. Which was at 10:30 AM. Andrew woke up with Bailey's excitement which was jumping up and down in front of her room's mirror. Andrew's hair was all messed up, he had his pajama pants on and a Slipknot band tee. "Andrew, today is the day for you to experience New York City and meet my friends!" Bailey shouted quietly. "Cool. I'm going to New York City today!" Andrew smiled. Bailey took a bath and Andrew put his iPod in his pocket for in the plane when Bailey sleeps and he feels bored. 4 hours later, they got to the airport to go to New York! "Bye Abbey. I'll miss you!" Bailey told her. Bailey hugged her as she was getting to the plane. Andrew gave Abbey a goodbye hug and went on the plane with Bailey. They took a seat and Andrew saw Bailey smile. Bailey sat by the window and Andrew sat in the middle. He put his backpack on the seat to his right. "Well, are you happy because I got you this far by begging?" Andrew asked Bailey. "Yea, thanks so much." Bailey told him crossing one foot under where she sat. Andrew smiled and looked at her. Bailey looked at him and blushed. She looked out the window and then thought, Well go ahead Ms. Bailey. Shane has a girlfriend anyways. Bailey turned to him and of course Andrew was still looking at her. Bailey kissed him with her hands around his head. And now so far Bailey tongue-kissed him. When she slowed down to stop, she took her hands back and then smiled. "Uh... Thanks?" Andrew turned red. Bailey giggled and then layed her head on his chest about to sleep. Andrew quickly kissed her lips.

Andrew shook Bailey and then she woke up. There they were! Landing in New York City! Bailey dropped her mouth in a smile. "We are here in New York, beautiful." Andrew said. "Oh my god! We are!" Bailey shouted while her ears popped. They finally landed and were on the grounds of New York! Bailey and Andrew got off the plane and got their bags and were running together laughing. There in front of the airport they shouted out for a taxi to come. They got in and were going to drive to Rain's house. Once they got there, Rain opened the door and saw Bailey. "Bailey!" Rain shouted. Bailey hugged him and then saw Andrew. "Oh, Rain this is Andrew. Andrew this is one of my best friends, Rain." They shook hands and smiled. Rain told them to come in and then in a room, they dropped their bags and took off their coats. Bailey went to go to the restroom to look at herself in the mirror. Perfect hair, makeup... okay, and sexiness.... red hot. When she came out, she walked slowly to her right. She stopped to sense that someone was behind her. She felt cold hands cover her eyes. "Who is this?" Bailey asked. "Guess." the voice whispered in her ear. Bailey felt confused. Who could it be!? The hands pushed her somewhere that was 5 steps away. The hands turned Bailey around still closing her eyes. "Open your eyes." the voice whispered. Bailey slowly opened her eyes excitedly. She gasped.

New Girlfriend?

(Rain: Did you hear that Shane has a girlfriend?)

"What?" Bailey yelled out loud to her phone. She shut her phone and knew that she will enter New York City next week without Shane's love. It was over, though she still wanted to go to there to see all her friends. She missed Rain, Heather, and Juliette too much. She did have a break down at Officer Rose's house. She wanted to go see Rose too. Rose was such a good cop. Shane on the other hand was too complicated now to miss. Shane has a girlfriend, how else can Bailey's heart break? Her dad abusing her, her parents divorcing, never seeing her mom again, moving to Toronto, and now Shane's new lover? What a wonderful world. Besides, there was 7 more days until she was in New York City... with Andrew! She would probably pretend to be with him and get Shane jealous!? Score one for Bailey! Bailey thought. She smiled and sent a message to Rain.

Bailey: Oh, that's great! I have a boyfriend now too. Isn't that a coincidence?

She put her phone on the side of her bed and then smiled and knew this was wrong to lie to her friends. She gave herself a sigh and knew it was half of a sacrifice to her. She wants to lie but she does not at the same time. She was heart broken and Rain didn't need to tell her that or else she would of been happier now if Rain sent it to her. Meanwhile, Shane and Kelsi were at the movies watching the movie, Madagascar 2. Kelsi is the girl in the last post that Shane saw walk by him. Shane asked her out after all the sighs and sadness all in his mind because he thinks that Bailey never liked him and now has a boyfriend. Sad, sad, sad, huh? "I'm so glad you and I are together now." Kelsi whispered during the movie. Shane smiled and looked at her. "I know. Listen, I will get us more popcorn, alright?" Shane told her. Kelsi nodded and watched the movie as he left the theatre. When he was going to the buy more popcorn he went to the restroom for all the vibration in his hoodie. It must of been Rain calling him. "Hello?" "Shane, you know how you told me that your new girlfriend is Kelsi?" Rain asked Shane. "Yea." "Bailey didn't even...make such a big deal of it. She has a boyfriend too. I guess it's that Andrew guy that lives with her in the foster home." Rain said. "Oh." Shane shocked by his words. It was never meant to be. Shane thought. "Well, I feel happy for her if she is happy with Andrew. Well, I thought we were meant to be but I was wrong." Shane replied. "You like her?" Rain asked him. "Yea since I was 3. Why?" Shane responded. "She likes you too! I wonder why she has a boyfriend anyways." Rain told Shane. "Oh my god! Did you tell her I was with Kelsi? No wonder she has a boyfriend!" Shane yelled. "Chill, it's only Bailey." "Yes, Bailey! The one that is my best friend, the one who I save from dyeing from so much abuse, the one I been liking since I was 3, the one.... that will never live in New York." Shane slowly said. "Well, what do you want me to do?" Rain asked. "I want you.... to stay out of our lives until she comes to New York City for Christmas Break next week." Shane told him. Rain hung up feeling bad. And so Shane thought, Well, it's too late for me. I got Kelsi and she has Andrew.

Yes to New York!

Shane started to strum chords on his guitar. He knew how to play guitar. His strums turned in to the song,"Mexican Wrestler" by Emma Roberts. He closed his eyes after a minute and stopped playing. Once he opened his eyes the vision he had experienced was still there. The park, kids playing double dutch, couples kissing, and mothers strolling their babies. He sighed and looked to his right for no reason. It was a jogger listening to his iPod. Shane watched him go by. He brought his guitar all the time to the park when he felt his, "song writing" mood. It was quiet in the park anyways all the time. Now the mood was gone. Meanwhile, Bailey was holding on to her phone and eating at the same time. She sat next to Andrew. Abbey sat near her husband, Joseph. Next to them sat 2 little boys about the age of 8 years old. Bailey looked down at her lap where her hands held her cell phone and texted. "Bailey? Are you texting again?" Joseph asked. "Uhh... No! I wasn't. I was... praying," Bailey smiled innocently. "Amen!" she finished. Bailey continued her eating. Abbey looked at her suspiciously and Andrew just hid his face with her making up a silly excuse. Shane just stood on his feet and took his guitar case and went straight home.

12 minutes later...
He opened the front door with his key and then felt the warm heater. It was cold outside. Like what, 36 degrees? Today was December 6, 2008. It's been three weeks ago since those love they kissed. Meanwhile, Bailey and everybody else was done eating and then Andrew walked with Bailey to her room. "Hey Bailey, that was a good lie. Praying? Wow." Andrew smiled. "Well, I had to text Shane. But I couldn't because of dinner." Bailey explained. "Oh. Alright, Shane." Andrew making an,"I don't believe you" face sarcastically. "No, really! He doesn't know yet that I like him. I'll have to call him tomorrow." Bailey told Andrew. "So you can get with him even though you are way far from each other?" Andrew fastly asked. Bailey looked at him. He has a point. She thought. "Well," "Come on! You know that I am right." Andrew smiled sweetly. "You are. But I might see him over his school Christmas Break." Bailey replied. "You should ask Abbey if she will let you go to New York City for Christmas." Andrew reminded. "Come with me then to ask Abbey." Bailey looked at him. Andrew giggled and came with her to ask Abbey.

Later..
"No way!" Abbey yelled. "What? Come on! Why not?" Bailey asked. "Because there needs to be someone to go with you. You can't go alone! You need someone 17 or older to go with you." Abbey told Bailey. "I'm 17, I can go with her!" Andrew smiled excitedly. Bailey dropped her mouth with a smile. "Okay. That will work. But you got to promise to not leave her alone by herself. She might get kidnapped or lost or anything else." Abbey replied. "Trust me, I can't stop doing it now." Andrew whispered to himself. "Excuse me?" Abbey asked. "Uh.. Nothing!" Andrew said. Bailey giggled because she heard him. "So when do you want to go?" Abbey asked Bailey. "Um.. December 19, 2008." Bailey responded excitedly. "Alright." Abbey said walking away. "Oh my god! Thanks so much Andrew." Bailey hugged Andrew. Andrew couldn't breathe because he blushed so hard. While walking to his room Bailey explained how great he would think of New York City. "And then Times Square is filled with tons of people and fashion trend setters, musicians, and famous people like Mary Kate Olsen or Robert Pattison!" she smiled. "How can I ever pay you back?" she asked as they both entered his room and she closed the door. "Well," Andrew widened his eyes. "you don't need to pay me." Andrew got closer to her. "Okay, fine." Bailey said. Andrew smiled and pushed her softly against his room's door. They kissed so passionately. Bailey enjoyed kissing Andrew sometimes. They were like friends of benefits. Andrew pulled away for air. His hair covered his eyes which made him look hot to Bailey. They both sat down behind the door and kept kissing. Five seconds later, Andrew got on top of her and smiled. Bailey felt a little tired. It was 8:57 PM and she usually slept in midnight every Friday. So she fell asleep with Andrew on top of her on the floor. Andrew got on his feet and picked up Bailey and carried her to her room. "Goodnight Bailey." he whispered in her ear. And at that he left her sleeping on her bed, Andrew closed the door after leaving to go and sleep in his room. Bailey woke up in her bed at 9:47 AM the next morning on December 7, 2008. She had a new text message from Rain.
Rain: Did you hear that Shane has a girlfriend?

Shane's Tears

"Hello?" Shane's voice appeared in Bailey's ear. Bailey smiled and then she excitedly said,"Hi!" "Bailey?" Shane smiled. "Shane?" Bailey sarcastically replied. "Bailey, I miss you so much." Shane told her. "I miss you too." Shane was going to ask her something they were both wondering. "So how is Canada?" Shane asked. He wasn't going to ask her that, he was going to ask the other thing he is supposed to ask her! "It's cool. I met a guy in my foster home. His name is Andrew." Bailey told him. Shane thought the negative of their relationship. "Oh." Shane awkwardly said. "Hey, I was going to ask you something." Bailey responded. "Um.. Well I am not really up for one. I got to go and finish my chores." Shane lied feeling sad about Andrew and her. "Can I ask please!?" Bailey asked begging. "I should better get to my chores before my mom gets on her cranky side." Shane said with his voice shaking. "Oh, alright. I'll call you later." Bailey sadly told him. Shane hung up without telling her goodbye. Was it something I said? Bailey thought. Shane started to cover his face and rubbing it. Bailey sighed and just lied on her new bed. Shane just sat there in the bench with cold air blowing through his face. It was nothing all this time. Shane thought. He looked up and saw two girls walking past him. He checked them out. Wow! That girl with the green scarf was cute. She looked at him and giggled. Shane smiled a little. The girls walked away and Shane's smile disappeared. He picked up his feet on the bench and dug his face into his lap. He sighed about to cry about Bailey. Should I tell her the truth? Shane thought. He looked up and only saw the people walking all over the park and having a great time with smiles. Shane looked the other way and saw lots of couples hugging and kissing. He shed only one tear. Bailey will never love me. Shane thought. His phone vibrated. He took his phone out of his hoodie pocket. It was a text from Bailey.
Bailey: I seriously need to ask you something.
Shane was very curious of what she wanted to ask him. Shane texted back with, "What?"
Bailey was texting until Abbey came in and told her, "It's dinner time." "Hang on one moment. I need to text my friend something." Bailey replied. "Make it quick, Bailey. Two minutes tops!" Abbey said leaving the room.
Bailey: I wanted to ask you if you were still single.
Shane: Yea, why?
Bailey: Um.. Who do you like?
Shane: Well, who do you like?
Bailey: You.
Shane: Really?
Abbey came in the room telling Bailey to come already. "One more text?" Bailey asked with a puppy face. "No more. Dinner. Now." Abbey said. Bailey sighed and put her phone in her pocket. 3 minutes went by and Shane waited for her text and nothing. He sighed because he thought he was tricking him. There's my answer. Shane thought.

Flashback Love

( Mrs. Altree was calling roll and Rain was just sitting in his seat drawing what he saw this morning. He saw the most beautifulest thing that ever appeared in front of his face. Which was Heather.)
Rain was thinking of the drawing he drew of Heather on the first day of school. 9/17/08 He could never forget when he drew it and first saw Heather. She was so beautiful to him. Rain went to his room to search through his drawers. Two drawers later, he found the drawing. The next thing you know, he went to Heather's house while looking at the drawing. He pressed on the doorbell. There was Heather in a ponytail, with eyeliner in her eyes, blue jeans, and a purple shirt that has a cute dinosaur on it that says,"Rawr!" Rain looked up and smiled,"I like your shirt." Heather laughed and kissed him quickly. "What's up?" Heather asked Rain. "Well, I reminded myself of something I drew that was very beautiful to me on the first day of school." Rain told her. "Is that the drawing?" Heather asked pointing to the paper he held. Rain looked at her and nodded. "Can I see it?" Heather asked all flirty. Rain gave it to her turned over the blank page. Heather turned it over and saw a sketch so good. Is that me? Heather thought. "That's you. I drew you because I fell in love with you the first time I ever layed my eyes on you." Rain reminded her. Heather dropped her mouth in a smiled like if she was about to say,"Aw!" Heather hugged him. Rain smiled while he was hugging her. "Thank you Rain. You're such a good friend... Wait! I ment boyfriend." Heather messed up awkwardly. "Yea. It's kind of hard to believe, huh?" Rain asked smiling. "Yea." Heather sighed. Heather looked at him,"You are so special to me." Rain looked to another way and then quickly kissed her cheek. Heather smiled while leaning on the stair's handle bars. "I know." he said. "Have you heard from Bailey?" Heather asked. "Yea, actually I did. She kissed Shane and both aren't sure that they are together. And she met someone in her foster home. A guy named, Andrew." Rain replied. "Are you serious!? She kissed Shane? That is so sweet, they should totally hook up since they are the only two that are single in our group." Heather smiled. "They should. Have you heard of Juliette and Aaron so far?" Rain asked. "Well, kind of. I hear that they are still together since the day of Halloween." Heather mentioned. "That's when we got together too." Rain replied. Heather blushed and said,"Well, I got to get going. My brother, Toby needs help on his homework." "Alright." Rain stepped off the stairs to her house. Heather followed him slowly and then kissed him goodbye. "Bye, Rain." Heather headed towards her house and then looked back when she got inside. Rain smiled and walked back to his house with no drawing in his hand. He gave it to Heather. (Finally they are together, huh?) Meanwhile in Toronto, Ontario, Bailey was looking at her phone and wondered if she should call Shane. She sighed and finally dialed his number feeling butterflies going everywhere around her body.

The Kiss?

("Hey Bailey, I heard you kissed Shane. We can talk about it later if you want to and good luck in Toronto. You are cool, stay that way Bales.") -Rain

Bailey: Hello?

Rain: Bailey?

Bailey: Yea, listen Rain. I did kiss Shane.

Rain: I thought he was lying, well how is it like over there in Canada?

Bailey: It's great. I met a guy named, Andrew about my age with some cool hair and yea.

Rain: Is he your new boyfriend?

Bailey: Of course not. Shane and I-.. Is Shane my boyfriend?

Rain: Shane is asking the same thing so you should go and ask him.

Bailey: Really?

Rain: Yup, so you should probably call him now.

Bailey: Alright then. Bye Rain.

Rain: Bye Bailey. I miss you!

Bailey: I miss you too little dork. Say hi to Juliette, Aaron, and Heather for me.

Rain: I will.

Bailey: And tell Mandy that I hate her. *laughs*

Rain: I'll try.

Bailey hung up with Rain and then thought of what he said,"Shane is asking the same thing."

She smiled and decided to go to Andrew's room. It was third room to my... left! Bailey thought. "Andrew, I need advice." she said after knocking on his door. "Oh, what kind?" Andrew asked. "The kind "when you kiss the best friend since you were born and don't know if you and him are together" kind of advice." Bailey said. "Well, best friends since being born? Hm... I don't know what to say. I guess you guys are together. But if your friend says no, then he probably is confused. I would say yes a billion times for a girl like you." Andrew smiled. "Aw.. that is so sweet for you to say." Bailey giggled. "So, I guess that's it? No hug.. no kiss?" Andrew asked. "Well, I just met you so I'll probably get to know you better." Bailey told him. "Well just know that I think you are pretty and I am not afraid to tell you." Andrew replied. Bailey smiled and gave him a kiss on the cheek. Andrew turned red as tomato and Bailey noticed that. "You're turning red!" Bailey told him with her mouth dropped. Andrew hid his face. "I think it's adorable for someone to turn red as an apple when I kiss them. It's too cute." Bailey reminded him. "You think.. I-I am cute?" Andrew asked begging for the word yes in his mind. "Yea. You are pretty cute to me just for a judgement." Bailey replied. Andrew nodded with a pleasured face. "Cool." Bailey giggled hoping he would make a move. She carelessly forgot about Shane. Andrew walked nearer to her getting off his window sill. Bailey knew he was going to make a move. Andrew put his hand through her hair and smiled excitedly knowing by her stiffness she approves the kiss. Bailey closed her eyes getting her face closer to his. Andrew's face was relaxed and he felt good just getting something from someone very beautiful to him. They got closer and the nerve build up inside Bailey. Andrew kissed her so passionately and Bailey went along with it. She smiled inside still forgetting about Shane. Bailey was running out of breath and just pulled her lips away and still had her face on his head. Andrew smiled and took a deep breath. Bailey kissed him even more and then felt the wall in her back. The wall was pretty cold and then the thought came to her. She opened her eyes and pulled away. "Andrew, sorry." Bailey told him embarrassed running to her room. Andrew watched her run away and sighed. He just went to his bed and threw his basketball up in the air and catched it. Bailey was in her room sitting behind the closed door. She was thinking about Shane and how he didn't call him like how Rain told her to. "What am I going to do?" Bailey asked to herself.

Andrew... The Foster Friend

When Bailey arrived in Toronto, she woke up with the airplane going down landing for the airport. Bailey sighed and when the plane landed, she grabbed her bag and then walked out the airplane. She was looking around for her foster parents. She looked everywhere. When she got tired, she went to sit down on a chair. Then someone sat next to her. The lady had a sign that said.. "Bailey from the United States" "I'm Bailey." she said turning to the lady. "Bailey! Finally. My name is Abbey." Abbey told her. After a little chat, they went to a parking lot and then Bailey saw a BMW car as Abbey's car. "Your car is so cool." Bailey screamed excitedly. "Thank you Bailey." Abbey smiled. Bailey returned the smile and got in. Bailey most of the time stayed quiet and looked out the window to see Toronto's features. 12 minutes later, there they were. In front of Bailey's new home. Bailey let herself easy by not crying. It's a new beginning in a sad way. But let's find some friends in here. "There is other people that are fostered here, right?" Bailey asked. Abbey nodded in a smile. Bailey got her bag and then followed her to the front door. They walked in and Bailey walked through a hallway leading to her new room. She put her bags on her new bags. "Wow. Everything seems different here compared to New York." she told Abbey. Suddenly, there was this guy that came in to Bailey's room. "Hey Abbey. Who is that pretty new girl?" the guy said. "Her name is Bailey. She is from New York City. Bailey this is Andrew." Abbey knew they were going to be good friends, so she gave them alone time for them to produce a friendship. Bailey stuck out her hand and smiled. Andrew blushed and then shook her hand. "I'm from Seattle, Washington. And New York City? Pretty cool for a cute girl like you." Andrew smiled. "Thanks. You are pretty yourself, Andrew." Bailey blushed. Andrew laughed a little. "So what are you here for?" Andrew asked. "Abuse, you?" Bailey told him. "Orphan." he gave a broken smile. "Oh, it must be hard." Bailey's heart broke a little just for him. "It's okay. But it must be harder for your mom... er, dad.. to abuse you." Andrew said. "You are pretty cool just looking at you." Bailey said. "Thanks." Andrew smiled. Andrew defenitely had a crush on Bailey. Andrew had an urge to hug her. Well, he was a major flirt so he just did. He barely has a mind to think if he is going to do what he will do. So he is an uncontrollable rebel sometimes. Bailey went with the hug. It was so squeezable and fun to do it with Andrew. So Bailey just smiled when she pulled away from the hug. "So.. I think you have some unpacking to do. If you need me, my room is.. third room to your left." Andrew said and picked up her hand and kissed it. Bailey thought he was going to be a "friend for benefits" guy. So she would probably go with it for fun. When she opened her bag, first thing she grabbed was her cell phone. She opened it and then saw that Rain left a voice message. "Hey Bailey, I heard you kissed Shane. We can talk about it later if you want to and good luck in Toronto. You are cool, stay that way Bales." Bailey smiled and called him after unpacking. (Phone conversation next post...)

Bye Bye Bailey

When Shane got home, his mom asked him why is he smiling so big about. "Well, its a long story." Shane spun once. "I'm up for a long story." his mom said. Shane threw his jacket on his bed. He came to the kitchen where Shane's mom was making something to eat for Shane and herself. "Well, as I was cheering up Bailey. She told me that she cares about me and... no one else other than you ever told me how much they cared. It was so sweet." Shane told her. His mom nodded and said,"That's very sweet for your best friend to say." Shane looked at her and his smile disappeared. "Best friend?" "Well, yea. She has been there with you since diapers were changed, Er... is she your best friend?" "Um.. we did kiss and then that -"His mom interrupted by saying,"Kiss?" Shane nodded and smiled. She hid her smile and then let him go on. "It makes me think that... that Bailey and I are.. together!" Shane told her looking at the floor. "Well, I remember you had a crush on her since you were 3. You and her would kiss, so it was probably normal. I recorded that." she told him. "What?!" Shane frowned and then opened his eyes a little wider. "It's true. I can show you." "NO MOM... it's okay." Shane shouted. His mom laughed and then Shane just went to his room and laid on his bed thinking of Bailey. He smiled and then held on to his cell phone. He looked at it and then dialed Rain's number. "Hello?" Rain said. "Dude, I kissed Bailey." Shane told him in a "freaked out" tone. Rain just gave him a laugh. "No! Really!" Shane told him. "Are you serious?" Rain asked. "Yup. You can even ask her." Shane said. "Alright. I'll call her now." Rain said smiling. "Alright." Shane told him. Rain hung up on Shane and called Bailey, but all he heard is her voice message saying,"Hey, it's Bailey. I'm busy today.. I'm going to go to Toronto today so please leave a message or just call tomorrow." Rain was going to leave a message. "Hey Bailey, I heard you kissed Shane. We can talk about it later if you want to and good luck in Toronto. You are cool, stay that way Bales." He hung up and then just moved on with whatever he did before Shane called. He forgot to return Shane's call but decided he would waste money on just one simple sentence,"She didn't pick up."
Meanwhile....
Bailey was getting on the plane to Toronto. I wonder if Shane and I are together because of that kiss. Bailey thought. Shane was thinking of the exact same thing of, Are we together? It felt so confusing to both of them. I will probably ask him tomorrow when I am in Toronto. Bailey smiled and bit her lip softly. The plane took off and Bailey just sighed as her ears popped. She cried looking out the window to take a last look of her New York City. I am off the top of the world. Bailey whispered to herself.

Bailey's Break Down

The next week, Bailey got healed and this day was November 16, 2008. She felt her eyeliner going down her cheeks. But now, she was going to a foster home where she can be safe and no one can abuse her. She was finally happy. She didn't know what to feel, leaving the friend that she met when she was a child. Shane. Bailey took a look at a picture that his mom took when they were in diapers. They were hugging. Bailey cried so much that she couldn't breathe. "Bailey! What's wrong?" Officer Rose asked. Rose let Bailey stay over at her house. "I can't go! I don't want to leave." Bailey gasped the words out while collapsing to the ground and holding her hands over her stomach. "Bailey!" Officer Rose yelled out a little shocked. Bailey continued her crying. "What do you want me to do?" Rose asked her patiently and slowly. Bailey grabbed her phone and dialed Shane's number. She handed it to Rose, she looked at the phone and put it to her ear. Meanwhile, Shane heard his phone ring while laying in bed thinking of good times him and Bailey had when they were younger. He got surprised that it was Bailey. "Hello?" he said excitedly. "Hello?" Rose said. "Who is this?" Shane asked. "It's Officer Rose. Listen, Shale.." "It's Shane," he interrupted. "Shane... Bailey is having a break down. She wants you over here. The address is 616 East 140th Street." Rose said quickly. Shane knew where that was, though it took him 8 minutes to get there. "Alright." And at that point, Shane hung up and grabbed his sweater. "Mom, take me to 616 East 140th Street!" Shane yelled out. "What's the problem?" his mom asked. "I will tell you in the car. Hurry mom!" Shane shouted. His mom ran to him and then she followed him to the car. When they got in the car, Shane's mom asked,"What happened?" "Officer Rose needs me to go see Bailey. She is having a break down." he replied. "Oh my. Is it because she is going to Toronto today?" she asked. "Might be." Shane said. When they got in front of the house, Shane opened the car quickly and ran up the steps. He rang the doorbell. Rose opened it and then Shane ran inside to see Bailey crying on the living room floor with 3 suitcases around her. "Bailey." Shane said softly. Rose gave them privacy. Shane came closer to her and then stood on his knees in front of her. "Shane." Bailey cried. "What's wrong?" Shane asked her holding her hand. Bailey looked at him in the eyes,"I don't want to leave you. I never want to. You're my best friend since I was born." Bailey told him calming down. "It's alright, I will be fine." "But what about me? I can't live without you." Bailey told him passionately. "Really?" Shane smiled. Bailey nodded like she would never nod again. "That is sweet." Shane grinned even more. Bailey held his hand. And apparently, they were both holding each others hand and getting closer. And they got even closer until they almost kissed, Rose interrupted and said,"Well, I see we got the tears to stop falling." Shane turned to see her. He stood on his feet and helped Bailey up. Bailey smiled and so did Shane. "So when am I going to see you again?" he asked Bailey. "Christmas break." Bailey told him. Shane nodded in pleasure hidding his lips and smacking them. "I'd better get going. I'll miss you a lot. You been such a good person to me." Shane said awkwardly. Rose went in to the kitchen and was about to make something for Bailey before she left. Shane was going to the front door to leave, Bailey followed him and then Shane turned around when the front door was right there. "I'll miss you too." Bailey whispered. Shane kissed her lips goodbye for a good 5 seconds and then hugged her. It was so passionate, when they both pulled away, Bailey felt empty inside and so did Shane. Shane put on a weird face. "I kissed my best friend." Shane laughed. Bailey smiled and kissed him one more time just for a month without him. It's crazy! He walked away to his mom's car and drove away and smiled. Bailey leaned on the front door feeling her lips.

Lenox Hill Hospital

2 hours later, the clock turned 3:57 PM. Rain, Heather, and Juliette were still in the waiting room wanting to go inside Bailey's room to go see her. "We've been here for 2 hours already. When are we going to see Bailey?" Rain asked out loud. A doctor came up to him and said,"Our patient, Bailey Fox will be available in a couple of minutes. Please stand by." Rain looked at Heather. Heather smiled a little. Shane came in through the doors and Juliette jumped on her feet and ran to hug him. "Shane!" she screamed. They hugged and then when Heather and Shane both looked at each other, they had an awkward moment. "Hey." Shane said. Shane spread his arms wide open for a hug. Heather gave him a quick hug and smiled. Rain did this "difficult to learn" handshake with him and stepped back. "Wow, you should of seen those line of cops asking me a bunch of questions." Shane told them. "So what is one of them you remembered?" Juliette asked firmly. "One of them asked me what Bailey did while she got her abuse, I said that she was screaming."Shane replied with a sad face. Rain shared an upside down smile with him. "Excuse me, are you guys trying to find... um... Bailey Fox?" a nurse asked. "Yea." Heather said. "Let me take you there. This way please." she replied. Rain held Heather's hand all the way until they got in front of Bailey's hospital room. The nurse opened it and walked away. Bailey woke up when she heard foot steps come near her. When she turned her head to the left where her friends were, she smiled. "Guys," she whispered dramatically. They looked at her with their eyes filling up with water. "I love you all." Heather was the first one to burst into tears. Bailey hugged her and told her everything will be okay. "No, it won't. You are going to be in a foster home away from us. And we will probably never get to see you." Heather said. Bailey cried with her. "I know. But, I will tell my foster parents to go take me here so I can see you, Rain, Juliette, and Shane. You know that our friendship will never end and it won't stop because of my dad. I am finally safe and there is nothing no one can do about it." Bailey replied. All the friends hugged her. "We love you so much Bailey." Juliette blurted out. Bailey smiled of joy and depression all at the same time. "I love you guys too." she said. Rain smiled. They all stepped back for space. "Well, Bailey we got to get going." Juliette said. "Yea, and my mom will wonder where I am with Rain since she knows we are going out now." Heather added. "Really?" Bailey smiled. Shane felt lonely. Bailey did also. But no way are they getting together! I mean, they are friends! What is up with them being friends then just being together. Psh! No... Besides, Bailey is off to Toronto, Canada.

When it was 12:36 PM, Rain was slipping on his converse and about to comb his hair. Meanwhile, Heather was putting on her gray baby doll shirt. She already put on her skinny jeans, and her high heels. She felt pretty. Her shirt was cute to her. When the clock turned to 1:27 PM, Heather was done with her hair... straightening it and all. She brushed her teeth which took a couple of minutes. Let me skip to 1:45 PM.... Heather went outside on her steps and Rain was still not there. She heard a door slam, she looked to her left and saw Rain coming out, running down his stairs and over to her steps. He gasped for air but didn't seem to break a sweat. Heather smiled when he was near her. "Hi." Heather waved her hand. Rain smiled and repeated her word. He took her hand and let her walk down the stairs. "Where are we going to go?" Heather asked. "Hm.. Never thought of that. How about we go to the park." Rain insisted. "Okay," Heather smiled. "how long have you liked me." she asked while she was walking with him to the park. "Since I first saw you, which was your first day at a school in New York." Rain said looking at her. "Aw! That is so sweet." Heather smiled showing her teeth. Rain smiled inside, for her beautiful smile. When Madison Square Park was right in front of them, they looked at each other. "Here we are." Rain said. "Cool." Heather replied. When they crossed the street, they went to sit on the bench. Out of nowhere, there was an ambulence and a police car going down their street. Rain just worried what happened with Heather for now. "Wow, I am so tired." Heather sighed. "You would've let me carry you." Rain laughed and so did Heather. Rain got closer to her and put his arm around her, Heather looked at him and kissed him. Rain smiled and laughed after 7 seconds of holding breath with her. "What are you laughing about?" Heather asked. "Nothing, I am just," he laughed a little more. "sorry, I am so excited that we are actually together." Rain explained. "Oh." Heather smiled. Rain's phone rang, he answered the call. "Rain?" It was Juliette. "Yea, what's up?" he asked. "Bailey is in the hospital!" Juliette said. "What?" Rain couldn't believe it. It must of been her abusive dad. "It's true. I tried calling Heather but she isn't at her house." Juliette told him. "Heather is with me. We are going out now." Rain replied. "Really!? Happy Birthday. Tell her what happened to Bailey." Rain put his phone on his chest and told her what happened. "What!?" Heather yelled feeling uncomfortable. "What hospital is she in?" Rain asked Juliette. "Lenox Hill Hospital. Come quickly!" Rain hung up the phone and stood on his feet. "We got to go to Lenox Hill." Rain told her. Heather stood on her feet also and then she grabbed his hand and then ran to the edge of the sidewalk with him. "Taxi!" Rain yelled. Heather laughed a little. "What are you giggling about?" "You say 'taxi' very cute." Heather smiled. Rain smiled back and kissed her. A taxi came right in front of them and then Rain opened the car for Heather. When they all got in, Rain told him to go to the Lenox Hill Hospital. After 15 minutes, they got there and stepped out of the taxi. Once they got inside, they saw Juliette sitting in a chair looking to her feet. "Juliette!" Heather yelled out. Juliette looked up and came to hug Rain and Heather. "Her dad abused her once again. Shane said that he was going by her house and then saw through a window that Bailey's father was beating her and all he heard was screaming." she said. Rain put on his hurt face on. Heather sighed in sympathetics. "Where is Shane?" Rain asked. "He is with these cops doing an investigation." Juliette answered. "Where is Bailey? Why are we still out here not looking at her in pain?" Heather asked. "They said they are going to heal her and she will be okay in a couple of days or so. We won't see her in school on Monday. They are going to put Bailey's dad in jail and they might put Bailey in a foster home." Juliette cried.

The Black Stairs

Once the room got loud again, it was 8:58 PM. Heather felt a little tired. She yawned and Rain saw her with her sleepy eyes on. "Are you sleepy?" Rain asked. Heather nodded. "I'll take you home." Rain insisted. "Okay." Heather finally spoke. Heather hugged Bailey, Juliette, and Shane goodbye and then they left the party. So, it was both of them alone... walking. Heather was getting closer to Rain so she can put her arm around his waist. Rain did the same. Rain wondered how mad Mandy will get if she ever found out of them two dating. He felt rebellious to Mandy. Once Heather's house was in front of them, Heather walked up the stairs with Rain and he asked,"Will I see you tomorrow?" Heather nodded. "Okay. What time?" Heather asked. "Um... 1:45 PM, here." Rain insisted. "Sure." Heather smiled and sat on the stone rail of her stairs and relaxed on it by finally sitting down. "Alright." Rain smiled excitedly like if he was going to fall. I mean seriously, Rain and Heather.... FINALLY! Shane understood that they were together and that he will find another girl sooner or later. He just felt a little sad because he liked Heather though he didn't LOVE her like Rain did. Rain was perfect for her is what Shane thought because of his mind. Shane never had a love at first sight. It was too difficult to do. You get a crush, the crush turns out to be your friend, you get together, you break up, and then friends again. As simple as that to Shane. Meanwhile, Rain smiled after he spoke to Heather. "So, I am going to go to bed already," Heather yawned. "I'm so tired. Bye." she finished. Once she took out her key to get inside, she held it in her hand and put her arms around Rain's shoulders, tipsy toed, and kissed him. She opened her door and closed it. When Rain was coming down the stairs, he wanted to fall since he was shaking a lot. When he got home, he was yelling and jumping on his bed with excitement that they were both together. When he finished his small little parade in his room, his brother Allen came in and sat in Rain's bed. Allen was 2 years older than him like about 18 years old. He was skinny, but not too skinny that he seems like Nicole Richie and not too fat. He had beautiful light brown eyes and black hair. He was 5"8 in height. He was pretty tall (compared to me). "Dude, calm down. I'm trying to sleep. What's up? You seem hyper and pretty darn excited." Allen asked in his manly voice about to sleep. "Well, remember Heather? I always talk about her." Rain smiled. "Yea. She must be pretty." Allen said. "Oh yea, very. She asked me out!" Rain screamed. "Really? That's great! But, whatever happened to Mandy?" Allen asked confusedly proud. "I broke up with her like 2 weeks ago." Rain laughed. "Oh, I always thought she was evil."Allen frowned. "Queen Jenna made me get with her because of a depressing break up she had with her other ex boyfriend, Mason Arnold." Allen got interested in this drama in the life where he use to go to high school. Allen didn't expect too much. "Oh, that must be tough. I heard of her and seen her before. She looks sweet but is evil." Allen reminded. "The evilest girl in school, Mandy is the second evilest in school." Rain shook his head with pity. "Well, I got to go on to bed. They are announcing this thing tomorrow in college." Allen yawned standing to get the heck out of his room and sleep. Rain jumped before he closed the door and turned off the lights to go to sleep. He kept dreaming with his eyes opened and the darkness entering his eyes. He even felt his lips on random moments of his dream. He smiled, and after 6 touches of his lips, he fell asleep.... in New York City. Meanwhile, Heather was sitting in bed with the lights turned off. Her brother, Toby was already sleeping with the stomach ache of the candies. She turned on her lamp and got her diary out.

Dear Diary,

News here will be crazy. New York is very.. different and I love it. It's interesting to me. Notice that I did not say cool. Oh yea, because that makes me seem older. Using big words. Anyways, Shane and I broke up at the party because he kissed Jenna. I know it's shocking. I still kind of like him, though. Juliette got a boyfriend, her enemy, Aaron Livingstone. It turns out Mandy and him are step brothers and sisters. It's sad. No wonder he gets his cruelty from Mandy before he got with Juliette. He is sweet deep inside though. And this sounds wild, I know but, Rain likes me and Shane told me as a friend and that is why he kissed Jenna for a secret of Rain she was going to spill. He is a good friend but a bad boyfriend at that moment but then when he told me, I didn't know what to do so he encouraged me to go find him. It turns out we got together with a giggle of mine and smacking lips. I wonder if it is my giggle. I myself, think that my giggle is adorable. Much like a 5 year old laugh with a 15 year old voice laugh. Rain and I are going out tomorrow at 1:45 PM. I got to go! I am so sleepy and I want to get up early for the date.

Not a Secret Anymore...

Heather was coming down the stairs and when she saw Shane, she didn't bother talking to that cheater. That enemy kisser. "Heather! I need to tell you something." Shane said. Heather crossed her arms. "What?" "Look, there is a good reason for it. And I was being a stupid boyfriend and a good friend." Shane replied. Heather wanted to stop the confusion happening between friends, Rain, love, and all this madness. "Well, what is the secret? I am getting tired of this stupid confusion. You kissing Jenna, Rain involved in a secret, and... Ugh! Tell me now." Heather commanded. Shane looked to his feet and slowly spread the secret to Heather's ears,"Rain... likes you." Heather couldn't believe it. She didn't know what to do. Heather thought that Rain was only a friend. Well, now he's a friend that likes Heather. She tried to speak and say some words to Shane, all that came out was,"What? I- and... what!?" Shane closed his eyes and thought if Heather ever got with Rain then Shane will have to see other people. But then, Mandy will try to split Rain and Heather apart. "Are you going to get with him since you are mad at me?" Shane asked almost trying to cry. Heather put on her sad face and looked to her feet. "Shane, I-I just don't know what to do since both of you like me. It's crazy!" Heather said. "Go on, talk to him." Shane encouraged her with a smile. Heather smiled back and hugged him. Rain suddenly came from behind the stairs and saw them hugging. He just stared for a while and then sat on the second step of the stairs. Heather stopped hugging him and then searched for him. Rain looked at her without catching her eye. Shane saw him on the steps looking at Heather and came to him and told him that he spilled Rain's secret to her. "What!?" Rain yelled. "Rain, it's cool. She's looking for you. Go find her." Shane said. Rain widened his eyes and actually was glad that Heather was looking for him that he was blushing without her near him. "Thanks. Shane you're the coolest friend I ever had." Rain smiled. Shane looked at him and did a "difficult to learn" handshake with him. "I know," Shane laughed. "now go get her." he finished. Rain got on his feet and went on the search to find Heather. After 5 minutes, Rain got tired and couldn't find Heather. He sat on the couch near this crazy jock that always burps every minute and 30 seconds. The jock burped and it smelled like cheddar popcorn with morning breath to Rain. The smell was horrible. The song, "Control" by Metro Station came up and Rain got up because he LOVED the song. He always sang to it. "Whoa! It feels just like I'm taking control. Tonight. Tonight. Yea, yea." Rain sang. "Rain?" Rain heard someone say his name and he looked around. In through the crowd came Heather. Yeah! Rain thought. When they were about to talk, the wrong part of the song came up. The, "I'm coming down, bring me up, take it off, let's just touch." part. Rain felt shy because of that part. "Hey." Heather smiled. Rain smiled and slowly said,"Hey Heather." Rain smiled back. "Shane told me." Heather looked away when she said that. "Oh." Rain didn't know what to say. He had an urge in him, he had to... hold her hand. Heather looked at him and Rain let go and said,"Sorry." Rain blushed and felt like an idiot. "No, it's okay." Heather giggled. Oh her sweet giggle made Rain fall in love with her. She was so beautiful he couldn't take it anymore, she already knew that he liked her. What's the point? Give her some peck, Rain! Rain thought to himself. It felt like a dare to him and he just kissed her lips instead of a peck on the cheek. Heather expected this moment. She knew it will happen, gladly. Rain's kiss was so soft and romantic. It felt like the world was spinning faster than it is right now and the sun shines for a second and the night comes back and the sun keeps coming and going. It was magical to Heather! She loved the kiss. When Rain pulled away, Heather followed his face but didn't kiss him. "Wow." Heather bragged. Rain felt himself flying inside. She's the one. He thought. The next song that came up was,"Hero/Heroine" by Boys Like Girls. Rain grabbed her hand and pulled her next to Bailey, Juliette, and Aaron so they couldn't be too alone and also so the good friends of theirs don't have to wonder were they both are... alone. Juliette kept dancing with Aaron and singing a little. It was fun to Juliette. It was like they are best friends/ boyfriend and girlfriend. Bailey looked at them dance together and smiled. Rain pulled her in to dance with them. Heather sees the lust in him now. She likes him! (Finally,right?) Heather kept smiling and so did Bailey and Rain. To Rain, he completely forgot about of Bailey's kiss since he kissed Heather now. After the song, Heather asked him out in front of Bailey. "Yes!" Rain yelled excitedly. "FINALLY!!" Bailey yelled that everyone heard. "I thought you promised not to do that in a big crowd." Heather whispered. "Sorry." Bailey whispered back.

Dirty Little Secret

After the song was finished, Rain and Bailey sat together in a couch and then started talking lots of random stuff. You would be freaked on how random they were. Chicken in bath tubs, gay people dating lesbians, peanut butter and jelly time (love that time), and different stuff. Then a slow dance came up. The DJ said for everyone to dance with a partner so it can be a "special" moment. Aah! Whatever. She is only your friend.... that I kissed a few days ago. Rain thought. "Um.. Do you want to slow dance?" Bailey asked. She felt uncomfortable showing love as in BF and GF style to Rain. It's to weird to Bailey. "Well, it clearly doesn't mean anything and we are only friends and everyone knows that, right?" Rain replied. "Yea, I guess." Rain grabbed her hand and then they started dancing. Bailey was looking around avoiding eye contact with Rain. "So," Bailey said feeling shy. Rain smiled quickly and then stood there thinking still slow dancing with her. "I am sorry that I keep thinking of that kiss. It is very weird for me to kiss a guy that is my best friend. And it is very pondering to me." Bailey said. "You're not alone. I am thinking of it too." Rain smiled. "Well, how about we just completely forget of it." Bailey insisted. "What if it was hard to do?" Rain asked feeling like he didn't want to say that. It sounded like he was flirting. "I mean- I didn't mean that. Uh, yea. Let's forget about it." Rain continued. Bailey smiled and hugged him. "You are such a good friend, Rain." Bailey opened her eyes and stopped hugging him and still was slow dancing with him... in New York City. Meanwhile, Shane and Heather were slow dancing too. "I am a bad dancer, trust me." Shane told her. "Okay, why do you tell me this while I am observing the bad dancer dancing with me in a slow dance song?" Heather asked smiling. "Hey!" Shane yelled feeling sarcastically offended. "I'm sorry. Did I hurt your feelings?" Heather asked. "Very badly." Shane cried and faked 4-year old tears. Heather put on a fake sad frown and then kissed his lips. Shane pulled away and then looked at her smiling a little. Heather looked away and then Shane kissed her cheek. They stayed quiet until the song finished. Shane looked around. He even tippy-toed to get his eyes over the tall football players and nerds. Shane took her through the crowd. "Shane, where are we going?" Heather asked. Shane ignored the question. He went in a closet with a window. It had a view of a skyscraper and it was almost dark outside for the closet to be dark. He closed the door and was alone with Heather. He softly pushed her to the wall and made out with her. It was such a moment for Heather and Shane. Or should I say, Shather? Heather and him stopped for air. "Wow. I am so getting in trouble if my mom found out of you and me being alone." Heather smiled. "Well, let's make her crack." Shane insisted. They made out even more. After they stopped, Shane was grabbing on to her hips. Heather put her hands on his. Then someone walked in. They turned to the opened door and saw Jenna there. "Heather?" Jenna blinked. "Yea?" Heather felt confused. "Mandy invited you here? And you are here alone with Shane?" Jenna asked. "Mandy did invite me. And Shane and I are together. That is why we are alone." Heather explained. "Wait, I thought you liked Rain." Jenna said. Shane widened his eyes. Oh no, she might spill Rain's secret of his love to Heather. Shane thought. "I don't like Rain. He's my best friend. Who told you that?" Heather frowned. "Um, Hey! Why don't we party? Come on! Shake it by Metro Station!" Shane tried. "Wait, Mandy told me that you do because Rain-" Jenna was going to continue until Shane couldn't take it anymore and kissed Jenna! Heather stood there with her mouth wide opened and then a tear fell off her eyes. She ran away from Shane and couldn't talk to him no longer. She ran to a place where he couldn't find her. She went upstairs to a room and luckily, there was no one doing it on the bed. Heather cried and felt her eyeliner come through her cheek. She wiped her face and cried a little more. Then she heard the door open and then saw Jenna there. "Hey Heather, I need to talk to you." Heather turned herself away and said,"What do you want? My next boyfriend's lips?" Heather asked. "First of all, my boyfriend is Jared and I wouldn't steal anybody's boy only because Jared is too hot for me so I can go on and cheat on him." Jenna smiled sweetly. "Why did Shane even kiss you anyways?" Heather asked meanly. "Well, I would tell you but that means stabbing Mandy in the back. And that only happens to you and your friends. I would rather ask Rain what is going on and why I will not tell you." Jenna insisted. She walked out of the room and then Heather wondered what is going on that she doesn't know about that her best friend does. Oh, I see how it is. Rain won't share a dirty little secret, eh? Is that why Shane kissed Jenna. Because a secret she was going to spill of Rain. And Shane was trying to be a friend? Heather thought and went downstairs to find Rain.

Juliette, Don't Cry

In a burst of a storm, Mandy was coming through pushing people seeing his step brother with Juliette. "Aaron! What are you doing with her?" Mandy asked harshly. "Uh...Aaron you know her too?" Juliette asked. "She's my step sister." Aaron said feeling bad. Juliette has finally had it. Most of her world involved Mandy in it. Like most kids, there life is mostly about Hannah Montana. It was annoying. "What!?" Juliette yelled dripping her madness slowly. Aaron wanted to say something but couldn't travel the words out his mouth. "Dude, Aaron.. what are you doing standing near Juliette? I thought you didn't like her." Aaron's friend Paul asked. Aaron widened his eyes and couldn't believe that he said that in front of Juliette. "Oh Lord." Aaron whispered to himself. Juliette just thought he was someone she can love for some time. "Juliette I-" Aaron was trying to explain but Juliette interrupted and said,"You just wanted to tease the stupid animal lover, huh? You don't like me. I know you don't need to pretend anymore. Mission accomplished." Juliette's voice shuck as she was going to cry. Heather made a frown. Juliette ran out of Mandy's house and went to cry outside near the stairs. Heather and Bailey went to go and make her tears disappear. "Juliette, will you be okay?" Bailey asked sympathetically. "I thought I liked Aaron. It was one huge lie." Juliette cried extra tears. "Juliette, don't cry. He is just a stupid guy. That is all he will ever be. You are something special and you will always be." Heather said. "You're right. Thanks for being there for me." Juliette hugged Bailey and Heather. "Hey, that's what we are here for. You." Bailey smiled. "You are special to us in every way and you should of known that by now." Heather smiled. Juliette smiled and Bailey also added,"You are a wonderful person. You were there for me when I was crying for my parents divorcing and me staying with my dad until I find a place." Heather cleared her throat,"Hello?" "You too, Heather." Bailey laughed. They group hugged once again and then came Aaron walking down the stairs. "Will you handle it?" Bailey asked. Juliette smiled and nodded, "I will." Juliette turned around and Bailey and Heather disappeared in Mandy's house. "Juliette, first of all I want to say I am sorry if I hurt you. And I had no mission. I like you but I am not allowed to. Orders from the step princess. But who cares. What cares the most to me is you." Aaron told her. Juliette shed a tear and her voice was shake when she said, "Wow. No guy has told me that they care about me. Except my dad and brother." Aaron laughed. "Are you still mad at me or are you just going to stand there and not give me a kiss?" Juliette smiled and kissed his cheek. "You are forgiven, Romeo." They both laughed. "So are you going to come in with me?" Aaron asked. "Sure." Juliette said wiping her face. Aaron held on to her hand and walked her inside. The song that played was, "Let Me Take You There" by Plain White T's. They danced together and smiled. Heather said suddenly,"They look so good together." Bailey smiled affectionately and nodded. "What is this song called?" Juliette asked. "I know the song is by Plain White T's." Aaron said. Juliette smiled and nodded with no words left to say. She felt so nervous being in a party with the guy she likes. Dancing with him! And feeling the romantic stomach tangle up inside her. She loved this feeling a lot. It ment the world to Juliette. This day is the best day ever. 10/31/08 :]

Halloween Party

So, Rain was dancing with Mandy feeling depressed just being near her. He didn't want to show the feeling or else she will tell Queen Jenna. It bothered him that Mandy always told everything to the preppy gossiper. Rain was dancing by just swaying his body. He wasn't really a good dancer. He just tried his best a little. After "Forever" by Chris Brown was done, Mandy smiled at him and then Rain just fake smiled back at her a little and then just walked away trying to find a couch to sit in. He was kind of tired of walking 2 blocks and dancing. He sighed and took a deep breath. His favorite song came up, "Six Feet Under the Stars" by All Time Low. He sang along a little. He stood on his feet when the song got on 1:26 and saw Heather dancing in front of him. "Want to dance?" Heather asked. "Sure." Rain said gladly. He danced by jumping up and down with Heather. By the time he was tired jumping it was nearly the end of the song. So then he just shook his head like if he was rocking out his hair by messing it up. Heather laughed and shook her head too. The song has ended and then they both laughed. When they stopped, they looked at each other with a serious face. They were getting closer and then some fat football players ran in between them which made Heather fall on her bottom. "Heather, are you okay?" Rain asked while he was lending her a hand. "Yea. I am fine. Thanks Rain!" Heather smiled and got up. Rain smiled at her. Meanwhile, Bailey was dancing with Shane to the song, "Hot N' Cold" by Kate Perry as friends. Bailey was laughing because Shane kept dancing like a hippie. He did that disco dance with the finger. Juliette was sitting on a chair drinking some Hawaiian Punch. Also known as blood that is very wet for Halloween. She was thirsty and then she saw this guy she thought was mean but very cute. She liked him for quite a while now. His name was Aaron Livingstone. He was so cute to Juliette. She wanted to talk to him so badly. But she was still kind of mad what he did to make her sad. Like I said, Juliette is a huge animal lover and she is a vegetarian. FLASHBACK: "Hey Juliette," Juliette looked to Aaron. "I got a chicken burger! I love chicken so much, I can eat it ALL day." Aaron smiled and took a bit of his burger knowing that Juliette loved animals badly. Two of his friend's laughed and did a handshake with him. Juliette slowly put her hand around her stomach. Shane was mad at the immature guys that hurt Juliette. End of flashback. Juliette shed only one tear while she was staring at Aaron. Er..., staring in space. Some of his friends were telling Aaron that Juliette was staring at him. Aaron turned to see her. "She must desperate." Aaron lied. His friends laughed and then they walked away. He waited until they left the room and went near Juliette. When Juliette found movement in her eyes she looked next to her and there was Aaron. "What do you want? Chicken burger?" Juliette asked folding her arms. "No." Aaron said. "Why are you near me then?" "Because, I-I saw you looking at me." Aaron replied. Juliette looked at him and leaned her head on her hand. She nodded happily. "Uh... so," Aaron couldn't speak. He liked Juliette too. He wanted her since he noticed her looking at him. "So.." Juliette managed to say while she smiled. She got up on her feet and grabbed his hand and they were dancing to "Hot N' Cold" Aaron was smiling under his costume which was ninja. Juliette laughed because he was so cute in his ninja costume. The next song that came up was "Check Yes Juliet" by We the Kings. Aaron was singing to the song just for Juliette. Juliette blushed and danced a little. "Don't sell your heart, don't say we're not meant to be. Run, baby, run. Forever will be, you and me." Aaron sang. Bailey and Shane were looking at Juliette having the time of her life. "Aw!" Bailey shouted out. Juliette looked at her and giggled. Rain and Heather caught up with Bailey and Shane and he asked, "What did we miss, Bailey?" Bailey pointed to Juliette. "Ooh. Juliette has a boyfriend." Rain laughed. "Aw," Heather smiled. "I would love to have someone sing to me." Heather danced a little. Rain got interested in that sentence. He should sing to her one day if he had the guts. After the song, Juliette had to stand on her toes just to hug Aaron. "Will you be my Juliette?" Aaron asked. "Like totally, Romeo" Juliette smiled. They kissed and then Heather and Bailey said 'Aw!' so loud that everybody turned to them. "It was them two!" Bailey pointed to Shane and Rain. Everybody looked at them and they just shrugged and frowned. Everybody started partying again. "Promise we will never do that again in a group of lots of people." Heather smiled. "Promise." Bailey laughed.

Saturday... Mandy's Party

It was Saturday morning in New York City. Shane was awake since 6 AM and thought of starting his days by the usual. Eat breakfast, brush teeth, watch a little bit of TV, and go out for a walk. He usually did that while going to school. But he didn't walk to school today, of course. After his walk, he just sat on the front of his house's stairs looking at the weekend's rush hour start. He looked at his watch and read 7:38 AM. He heard some birds sing and saw some flying in the skies. He sighed of tiredness. He spent half an hour sitting on the stairs. He went inside to sleep a little more to let himself cool down and let his eyes relax. Once he woke up it was 10 AM. He was on the couch and still his whole family was asleep. His little sisters and Ali (twins), his mom, and his dad. Heather kind of woke up at the same time with Shane. She was thinking of Mandy's party and how it's going to be today. AAH! Today is Halloween. She was going to be Lovely Ladybug. Shane was going to be Indiana Jones, Rain is going as Captain Jack Sparrow, Bailey is Sponge babe, and Juliette was going to be Graveyard Fairy. Heather couldn't wait to be there at the party. It's the first time for Heather to go to a party with lots of people that she doesn't really know. She will probably see that guy she talks to in her Chemistry class. His name is Jared and is a football player. He is very funny to her. Heather wondered if Juliette, Bailey, Shane, or Rain knew him. It would be cool if they did. Mandy has not made a plan to destroy the people that she hates the most. But she hopes there will be a coincidence at her party that will get her to cry home and never try to show her face again. Mandy was going to be Disco Fairy. It was a short dress and was the color silver and black. She hopes to get Rain's attention. Jenna was going to be Dorothy for the party. She couldn't wait to be partying. Jenna really didn't know that Mandy invited Heather. Also referred to as "boyfriend stealer". It would totally confuse Jenna if she saw Heather at the party. Jenna would probably get a little mad that Mandy's ex-boyfriend's friend was at the party. If it was something to do for fun, she will separate Rain and Heather and make them never talk to each other. Of course, she tried once. But she will try harder the next time she hears something horrible. When the clock turned to 3:06 PM, Heather went to get her costume out of her closet and went to the restroom to change, put make-up, and look at her reflection. Once she was done straightening her hair and everything else, she finally looked at herself in the mirror and said,"Wow." It was 5:48 now and when she got out of the restroom she heard the doorbell ring. Must be the trick or treat-ers. She thought. She was walking to the door until Toby ran and opened the door. "Hello. May I help you?" Toby asked. "Yea, is Heather there?" Heather recognized that voice. It was Rain! "Toby!" Heather yelled out annoyed. She ran to the door and pushed Toby. "Is that your other boyfriend?" he asked. "Toby, shut up," Heather yelled. "Sorry Rain." she finished. "It's okay." Rain blushed. "So, you are.." "Jack Sparrow. And you must be a lady bug." Rain said. Heather smiled and nodded. "So are we going to party or what?" Heather asked excitedly. "Let's go." Rain finished. He took her hand and walked her down the stairs. He let go quickly when they reached Earth's surface. "Where is Juliette, Bailey, and Shane?" Heather asked. "Juliette and Bailey are going to catch up to us at the party and Shane is going to meet us at his house," Rain explained. "Want a candy?" Rain asked. "Alright. Thanks." Heather laughed. They both walked to his house which was not too far away from Heather's house. Once they got to Shane's house, Shane was sitting on the stair steps and stood on his feet when he saw Heather. "Trick-or-Treat!" Heather smiled. "I got no candy." Shane said. Heather rolled her eyes sarcastically. "That sucks. Rain is better than you. He gave me candy." Heather frowned and hugged Rain. Rain felt his stomach drop and was glad he gave her a candy. "Sorry okay. I am not bad. I am Indiana Jones!" Shane smiled. Heather laughed and let go of Rain. Rain had his moment there. He smiled from ear to ear. They walked two blocks just to get to Mandy's house. "Are we there yet? This lady bug is tired." Heather gasped feeling sweaty. "Yea. Just 10 steps away." Shane said. Heather counted while she stepped a foot. Once she got to 10, she said,"We are here?" "Not yet." Rain smiled. "How about I piggy back you?" Shane planned. Heather shrugged and just got on his back. Rain scratched his head and just kept walking feeling awkward. When they got there, Shane set her down. "Yeah! We are here!" Heather screamed of excitement. Juliette came laughing with Bailey in there costumes and then saw Shane and came running. "Hey!" Bailey and Juliette hugged Rain, Heather, and Shane. Bailey stood next to Rain since she kept thinking about the kiss and all. Rain thought about it too but tried to erase that thought out of his mind. "Hi." Bailey told Rain. "Hey." Rain said looking down to his feet. Heather looked at him with a, "Why is he looking down in an awkward way?" face. It was 6 PM already and they went inside. Mandy saw Rain coming in with Bailey. She hummed a little bit and heard the song,"Forever" by Chris Brown pop up. She came up to Rain and said,"Hey Rain." Rain felt like he didn't want to face her right now. So he just said,"Hi." very quickly to get the conversation over with. "Do you want to dance with me?" Mandy asked with a smile. "Uhh.. I am not a good dancer." Rain told her. "Yea right. Come on. Only one song?" Mandy begged. Rain felt like rolling his eyes but he couldn't so he just had to dance with her. It was only one song, right?

Awkward Moment

"It's okay Bailey. It was just-" Rain paused for a second and didn't know what to say next. Bailey looked down. "I am such a mess up, aren't I?" Bailey asked. Rain shook his head as if that was the stupidest question she has asked. Bailey hid her lips behind her mouth and then looked at him. "You know it's true. My parents are divorced, my dad beats me, I got two enemies, and I just kissed my best friend." Bailey said. "But Bailey, there is one thing that is good about your life," Bailey perked up and hid her frown. "You have some good friends that will never stab you in the back and you are a very beautiful girl." Rain told her hoping he would make her feel better. "Thanks. But, I see other people having the time of their life. Mandy and Jenna are popular, they got the looks, they are cheerleaders, and they get the boys." Bailey responded. "Are you sure that you need all that to be happy?"Rain asked. Bailey leaned her head on her hand. "No. I don't." Bailey confessed. Rain thought she was such a good person. She was clever enough to be happy with all of the stuff that she mentioned about Mandy. "So, do you want to go inside?"Rain asked. "Uh, sure. And Rain," Bailey was going to remind him of something. Rain turned around. "Pretend that the kiss never happened." Bailey commanded. Rain smiled and nodded like a bobble head. They both laughed and they hugged. But Mandy overheard them and got confusedly mad. So when Bailey went inside with Rain, Mandy thought of lots of stuff to get back at Bailey... and Heather. She wanted to include Juliette for no exact reason. It will happen at the perfect place. Mandy's Halloween Party. Her Halloween party was 4 days away. It was going to be on October 31 of course. Today was Wednesday, October 27, 2008. Mandy was going to be dressed up as a disco ball fairy. Her costume was silver and had a little bit of black in it. She wanted to be sexy just for Rain. Maybe Rain would fall for me and forget about Heather! She thought. Mandy was finally happy again but still she wanted to create revenge on Heather, Bailey, and Juliette. She already had the most perfect revenge for Heather. But she has to think about the revenge on the two others. After school, Shane and Heather were together talking to each other about the math test and how hard it was. "Man, I thought I was going to die in the middle of it!" Shane said. "Too late. I am glad you are alive." Heather smiled. "I guess," Shane smiled back. "Oh! I got something for you..." Shane stuck his hand in his backpack and then took out a necklace that had a heart with little diamonds on it. He put it around her neck and then said,"It's a necklace for you." Heather smiled with a big O on her face. "You didn't have to give me this." Heather said knowing that all relationships in the movies always have that sentence in the movie. "Well, I hope you like it." Shane blinked. "Like it? I love it!" Heather jumped. Shane's heart popped out to her for that sentence. Shane loved her as a best friend that like each other. It was too sweet to him. He was going to go to Mandy's Halloween Party. Not that he thought she was cool, only to have his party on. He hasn't been to a party since the last day of school. It was pretty inappropriate. Every jock was throwing beer around their faces and Shane gagged. He smelt like beer for a week. His mom grounded him for 2 months because she thought that he drank some. He hoped that Mandy wouldn't bring alcohol to her party. It was horrible last day of school party. He couldn't wait to go with Heather. He was going to go as Joker. He wondered what Heather was going to be for the party when he got home. But it would be too weird to call her just for one answer. Shane was very tired so he took a nap in his bed. In the city.
